Board member Frank represents the majority of Highland Park, all of Highwood and a portion of Deerfield. He has been on the board since 2016. His main priorities are improving the County's economic development policies, transparency, local government efficiency, environmental sustainability and access to healthcare.
Frank and his wife Mandi live in Highland Park with their two children. As City Councilman he helped lead the re-design of the City's economic development policies which helped retain high end auto dealerships and contributed to the recent re-development of the City's 41 North business corridor. Frank also sponsored an ordinance that improved the city's ethics and transparency rules.
