ATTORNEY REGISTRATION
The Lake County Circuit Clerk does not issue Attorney Registration numbers. Attorneys should include their Illinois ARDC number on all filings.
Attorneys should use the following forms for change of address, firm name or to register a new firm. In addition, attorneys will need to fill out a W-9 form along with an Attorney/Firm Bond Refund Information Form if they will be receiving bond refunds in excess if $600 per calendar year.
