PROBATE

PLEASE NOTE: The probate division has moved to the Park City Branch Court effective June 1st, 2012.  All filings for probate matters must be filed at the Park City Branch Court. 

The Probate Division is responsible for maintaining wills and records of probate and guardianship.  This includes deceased estates as well as guardianship of disabled and minor persons and estates.
