Lake County has grant funds available annually for organizations and individuals for affordable housing activities, serving households under 80% of area median income, such as: development; rehabilitation, down payment assistance, rental assistance, and more.
Many of these activities are carried out by the Affordable Housing Corporation (AHC). Funded in part by Lake County’s federal funds, AHC can assist people with the following:
