Midlothian Manor Appeal Hearing Scheduled for May 12th

The Lake County Zoning Board of Appeals will hold an appeal hearing to review an administrative decision on the use of Midlothian Manor, the current rental housing facility located at 22843 N. Lakewood Lane in Lake Zurich. The hearing will take place May 12 at 4:30 p.m. at  Lake Zurich High School Library, 300 Church Street, Lake Zurich.

In mid-March the Lake County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) will be formally adopted as part of the comprehensive Lake County, Illinois, Code of Ordinances and made available online. All content will remain the same, but the new streamlined document will change the numbering of ordinance sections.     • By planning for and administering funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and from the Lake County Board to benefit low and moderate income residents of all Lake County (read more)
