Cross Connection Control Survey
Lake County Public Works is required by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) to have a cross connection control program in place to protect the public water supply from contamination. The IEPA also requires us to follow an approved Cross Connection Control Ordinance and to perform an annual Cross Connection Control Survey of all of our water customers. The purpose of the survey is to identify certain plumbing fixtures or special uses of the water supply in your home or business.
Thank you for helping us to complete the survey and comply with these important IEPA requirements.
