Once we submit the paperwork, it goes to the Regional Office, where it will be assigned a Rater who will eventually make the decision on your claim. We keep track of claims by keeping copies of any documents submitted in case paperwork happens to get lost at the Regional Office. We are here to assist you in any way we can.

Please keep in mind, the whole claims process takes approximately 12-24 months to complete. If you are awarded compensation, you will get pay backdated from the month after your claim was filed up until the decision was made.
