In-person registration with a deputy registrar is available at most municipal, township, and library facilities. The County Clerk’s office, 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, offers voter registration weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
The February 26th Consolidated Primary is only for City of Waukegan residents in alderman wards 3, 7, and 8.
