County Board Records
The County Clerk is the official clerk of the County Board keeping a record of the official proceedings of the Board including all resolutions, ordinances and documents referenced in the Board's proceedings. The County Board meets the second Tuesday of each month and upon notice of special call by the Chairman of County Board.
The Clerk is the official keeper of the County's corporate seal. The County Clerk attests signatories on behalf of the County and affixes the corporate seal. The Clerk attests certified copies of County Board resolutions, ordinances and contracts.
