Vital Records 

The County Clerk's office is the official recordkeeper of birth, marriage and death records for Lake County. Certified copies of these records may be obtained from the Vital Records Department by eligible individuals. In addition, the Clerk's office issues licenses for marriages that occur in Lake County.
